
Quality Manager
Ensures team identifies need for, develops, and executes improvement plans for quality, in accordance with facility objectives, enterprise objectives, and applicable requirements. Builds and maintains capability within the facility for compliance with the Kimberly-Clark QMSR, 21 CFR 820 medical device cGMPs (non-exempt elements), and other applicable regulations and standards. Ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed as applicable. Ensures production and quality systems audits are performed. Supports execution of improvement plans for safety, delivery, and cost, in accordance with facility objectives. Ensures Quality team delivery of these objectives, where applicable. Execute continuous improvement activities for established processes and initiates/supports development of new processes.
8+ years of broad experience in a Quality, Manufacturing, Research or Regulatory function.
Requires prior leadership experience with teams, systems, and/or large sized projects.
Knowledge of Medical Device (21 CFR 820) cGMP requirements is strongly desired.
