  1. Perform regular maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal functioning and prevent downtime.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, and make necessary repairs or replacements as needed.
  3. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance tasks.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement improvements to existing equipment and processes.
  5. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary supplies and equipment.
  7. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and technologies to continuously improve maintenance processes.
  9. Communicate effectively with other departments and team members to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruptions.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  13. Identify and report any potential safety hazards or concerns to management.
  14. Collaborate with outside contractors and vendors as needed.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to quality and excellence in all maintenance tasks.

Job Qualifications
