
Lead Quality Analyst
Lead the Ogden Plant’s core quality systems (Internal/External Audits, CAPA, QNC, Document Control, Change Control, Training, Post Market Surveillance) and act as technical support for others working in those systems. Identify and communicate weaknesses in quality systems, recommend improvements to strengthen control, and follow up to ensure implementation of corrective action. Act as an ambassador for the quality department while promoting strong adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices, and other quality standards. Effectively and efficiently contribute to the achievement of plant objectives. Drive sharing and collaboration with peers across Kimberly-Clark North America. Promote strong quality by effectively communicating to plant personnel the value, use, and benefit of control policies and procedures.
2-4 years of experience in an organization with Quality as a compliance function.
Understanding of key regulations and standards applicable to products made in North America.
A recognized quality management certification is desirable, such as Certified Quality Engineer or Certified Quality Auditor
