Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of engineers and oversee the entire engineering process from start to finish.
  2. Develop innovative strategies and processes to improve production and manufacturing efficiency.
  3. Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  4. Analyze production data and make recommendations to optimize processes.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of engineering projects and ensure they are completed on time and with high-quality results.
  6. Develop and implement plans for the improvement of processes and procedures.
  7. Provide guidance and support to engineers on the team.
  8. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results.
  9. Research and develop new technologies and processes to improve production efficiency.
  10. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
