  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing them with exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing key clients, as well as potential clients, to drive business growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and implement strategies to meet key clients' needs and goals.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure the successful execution of key account plans and strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
  6. Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key account activities and performance to senior management.
  8. Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to continually improve and enhance the company's offerings to key clients.
  10. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with key clients.
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to key clients.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building and maintaining a strong network within the industry.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the company's relationship with key clients and drive business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Key Account Management Or Sales Roles, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Demonstrated Ability To Manage And Develop A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts, With A Focus On Building Strong Customer Relationships.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Decision-Making At All Levels Of The Organization.
