- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client, Cencosud, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve growth targets for Cencosud.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for Cencosud's needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any issues or concerns raised by Cencosud.
- Act as the main point of contact for all communication and negotiation with Cencosud.
- Conduct regular business reviews with Cencosud to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to management and Cencosud on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving sales targets for Cencosud.
- Represent Kimberly-Clark in a professional manner at all times and uphold company values.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the partnership with Cencosud.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Clients.
Proven Ability To Analyze Market Trends And Develop Strategic Plans To Increase Sales And Profitability.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Crm Software, With The Ability To Generate Reports And Analyze Data To Track Account Performance.
