Job Description

Maintaining HRIS and providing reports as needed. Lead hourly recruiting partner for site-- also providing support for salary team recruiting. Site SME for Ultipro payroll system –assuring compliance and training for timekeeping system. Facilitating the attendance program and corrective action process. Processing EEO reports and preparing the Affirmative Action Plan Be a champion for inclusive behaviors for the entire Mill team. Proactively identify training needs and support sitewide compliance training for HR based programs. Mill contact for Pennsylvania training grant organization as well as coordinator of grant requests for eligible training reimbursement. Working with leadership to identify and facilitate the implementation of the Workday hourly employee performance assessment process (leaders and non-leaders) Mill expert in the development and use of the hourly SKIP improvement process.
