
Human Resources Generalist

In this role, you will be an integral part of our HR team, providing a broad range of HR services to the organization.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field. You should have at least five years of experience in a human resources generalist role, including experience with employee relations, recruitment, and benefits. You will bring with you a customer-focused mindset and an ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR services to the organization, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with performance management, disciplinary actions, and other employee relations issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of employee personnel files.
- Participate in employee onboarding and orientation.
- Provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits matters.
- Stay up-to-date on employee engagement initiatives and other HR practices.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries.
