Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive HR services to the organization, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits.
2. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
4. Assist with performance management, disciplinary actions, and other employee relations issues.
5. Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive work environment.
6. Maintain accurate records of employee personnel files.
7. Participate in employee onboarding and orientation.
8. Provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits matters.
9. Stay up-to-date on employee engagement initiatives and other HR practices.
10. Provide timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries.
