- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to move materials and products throughout the facility.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct thorough pre-operational checks of forklift equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to management.
- Load and unload materials onto trucks and/or storage areas, ensuring proper placement and securement.
- Keep accurate records of materials and products moved, including quantity, location, and time.
- Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage areas and forklift equipment.
- Follow company policies and procedures for inventory management and quality control.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns related to forklift operations.
- Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity in forklift operations.
- Attend safety training and refresher courses as required.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Valid Forklift Certification: The Candidate Should Possess A Valid Forklift Certification From A Recognized Training Program Or Agency. This Ensures That They Have Received Proper Training And Are Knowledgeable In Safe Forklift Operation.
Previous Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Operating A Forklift In A Warehouse Or Manufacturing Setting Is Typically Required For A Forklift Driver Position At Kimberly-Clark. This Experience Demonstrates The Candidate's Ability To Operate A Forklift Efficiently And Safely.
