  1. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any potential issues.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of equipment maintenance plans and schedules.
  3. Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, making necessary adjustments and replacements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for equipment reliability.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to track equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address recurring equipment issues.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working with equipment.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
  9. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in equipment maintenance and reliability.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and provide timely updates on equipment status and maintenance activities.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to equipment maintenance and reliability.
  13. Represent the company in a professional manner and adhere to company policies and values.
  14. Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects and ensure they are completed on time and to the required standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Background: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Equipment And Reliability Engineering. They Should Also Have A Solid Understanding Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Will Require The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Equipment Issues, As Well As Develop And Implement Solutions To Improve Reliability. Candidates Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Think Critically To Solve Complex Problems.

  • Knowledge Of Reliability Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Reliability Principles And Practices, Such As Predictive And Preventive Maintenance, Failure Analysis, And Root Cause Analysis. Familiarity With Tools Such As Fmea And Rcm Is Also Desirable.

  • Communication And Teamwork: As An Intern, The Candidate Will Be Working As Part Of A Team And Will Need To Communicate Effectively With Colleagues, Supervisors, And Other Stakeholders. Strong Interpersonal Skills, Adaptability, And A Willingness To Learn From Others Are Essential For Success In This Role.
