  1. Design and develop electrical systems and equipment for Kimberly-Clark's manufacturing facilities.
  2. Maintain and troubleshoot existing electrical systems and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to electrical systems and processes.
  4. Conduct electrical testing and analysis to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  7. Create and maintain detailed documentation for all electrical systems and projects.

  9. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  11. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to source and install equipment and systems.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  15. Represent Kimberly-Clark with professionalism and uphold the company's values and standards.

Job Qualifications
