Kimberly-Clark is seeking a talented and experienced Consumer Strategy & Analytics Senior Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. We are looking for an individual with a passion for data and analytics who is able to bring our insights to life through the development of innovative solutions and strategies.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer analytics, consumer research, and business intelligence. They should have a proven track record of success in developing and executing consumer insights-led strategies and initiatives. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a strong ability to understand and translate complex data into actionable insights.The Senior Manager will have the opportunity to lead a team of analysts and strategists in developing innovative insights and strategies to drive our business forward. They should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently. An aptitude for problem-solving, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to think creatively are essential requirements for this role.We are looking for an individual who can bring their unique skills and experience to our team and help us create a world-class consumer strategy and analytics program.
