In this role, you will be a key member of our global finance organization and will be responsible for ensuring our organization is compliant with all applicable financial and regulatory standards. You must have a proven track record of managing and delivering effective audits and controls, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a matrixed organization. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and analytical, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and other data. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement audit and control processes to ensure compliance with all applicable financial and regulatory standards.
  2. Coordinate audit processes, guide audit teams, and interpret audit results.
  3. Analyze financial statements and other data to identify and mitigate risks.
  4. Monitor and review internal control design and implementation.
  5. Provide guidance and support on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
  6. Communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  7. Stay up to date on financial and regulatory developments and initiatives.
  8. Monitor and report on audit and control activities.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and other relevant parties.
  10. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of audit and control activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting/Finance

  • Cpa/Cia/Cma Or Equivalent Certification

  • + Years Of Internal/External Audit Experience

  • Sound Understanding Of Us Gaap

  • Experience With Sarbanes-Oxley Act Requirements
