Job Description
  • Administer contracts with all subsequent addenda, supplemental information, schedules and change requests.
  • Participate in site management meetings and initiate project coordination efforts.
  • Direct planning for installation, including personnel requirements, job progress schedule and schedules of materials, fabrication and equipment to jobsite.
  • Monitor job costs and expenses as well as quality control to ensure project is completed within contractual time and budget.

  • 5 years’ experience in fire protection design or estimating

  • Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, relay logic and fire protection operations
