- Assist in providing respiratory care to patients under the supervision of a licensed respiratory therapist.
- Learn and apply clinical skills and techniques related to respiratory therapy.
- Participate in patient assessments, including obtaining vital signs and performing diagnostic tests.
- Administer prescribed respiratory treatments and therapies as directed by a licensed therapist.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Attend educational and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in respiratory therapy.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
- Communicate effectively with team members and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement.

Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Care Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Current Certification As A Registered Respiratory Therapist (Rrt) By The National Board For Respiratory Care (Nbrc).
Active State Licensure As A Respiratory Therapist.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
