RN - Emergency Room

1. Provide exemplary patient care in a fast-paced environment, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients according to best practices and standards.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality and effective patient care.
3. Participate in emergency department processes and procedures.
4. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
5. Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
6. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
7. Educate, counsel, and support patients and their families.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
10. Maintain CPR certification.
