Registered Nurse, Operating Room

1. Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
2. Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient surgical operations.
3. Monitor patients' vital signs and assist in administering medications as needed.
4. Assess patients' physical and emotional needs and provide appropriate support and comfort.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
6. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.
7. Help create a safe and sterile environment for surgical procedures.
8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
9. Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training.
10. Act as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
