- Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to leadership to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines while handling sensitive candidate information.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Physician Recruitment, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Physician Recruitment Processes, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Candidates.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Providers, And Internal Stakeholders.
