  1. Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds on patients.
  2. Accurately position patients and adjust imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images.
  3. Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort.
  4. Follow proper radiation safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  5. Prepare and maintain equipment, supplies, and patient records.
  6. Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  7. Troubleshoot technical issues and make necessary adjustments to equipment.
  8. Stay updated on new technology and techniques in the field of radiology.
  9. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  10. Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive patient experience.
  11. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to assist in patient diagnoses and treatment plans.
  12. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
  13. Participate in continuing education and training to maintain licensure and stay current with industry standards.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree In Radiologic Technology: Candidates Should Have Completed An Accredited Program In Radiologic Technology And Obtained An Associate's Degree.

  • Certification By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt): The Candidate Must Be Certified By The Arrt And Maintain Valid Registration Throughout Their Employment.

  • State Licensure: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid State License To Practice As A Radiologic Technologist In The State Of Ohio.

  • Experience With Imaging Equipment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With A Variety Of Imaging Equipment Such As X-Rays, Mris, Ct Scans, And Ultrasound Machines.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Radiology Technicians Must Work Closely With Patients, Doctors, And Other Healthcare Professionals, So Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
