  1. Lead and manage multiple projects within the Operational Excellence team to improve operational processes and drive efficiency within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall performance of the organization.
  3. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
  4. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues.
  5. Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders, including senior management, on a regular basis.
  6. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Facilitate meetings and discussions with project teams to drive progress and make key decisions.
  8. Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  9. Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  10. Continuously evaluate project processes and make recommendations for improvements to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in project management to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the team.
  12. Uphold the organization's mission and values, and represent the Operational Excellence team in a professional and positive manner.
  13. Contribute to the organization's overall goals and objectives by delivering projects that positively impact the organization's success and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Certification In Project Management, Such As Pmp Or Six Sigma.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.
