1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to residents in our assisted living facility.
2. Promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents.
3. Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
4. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
5. Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other team members.
6. Observe and report any changes in residents' condition to appropriate personnel.
7. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
8. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
9. Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
10. Continuously monitor and evaluate residents' needs and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
11. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
