  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the cardiology practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff management.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the practice, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and adherence to medical guidelines and protocols.
  4. Hire, train, and supervise office staff, providing ongoing support, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  5. Develop and monitor the practice's budget, making necessary adjustments to ensure financial stability and profitability.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient records, financial records, and inventory.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, laws, and policies.
  8. Act as a liaison between the practice and other departments within the health network, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
  9. Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement or implementation.
  10. Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, working to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing services and supplies.
  12. Participate in strategic planning for the practice, contributing ideas and insights to help achieve goals and objectives.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall performance and success of the practice.
  14. Serve as a role model for the practice, exhibiting professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
  15. Represent the practice at community events and networking opportunities to promote the services and mission of the health network.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role Within A Cardiology Practice Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Related To Cardiology Services.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
