- Oversee and manage all aspects of point-of-care testing in the laboratory department.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to point-of-care testing.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for point-of-care testing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Train and educate laboratory staff on proper procedures and protocols for point-of-care testing.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of point-of-care testing supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure seamless integration of point-of-care testing into patient care.
- Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot any issues related to point-of-care testing.

Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In The Field Of Medical Technology Is Essential For A Point Of Care Coordinator - Lab Administration Role At Kettering Health Network.
Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Laboratory Administration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working In A Lab Administration Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills: A Point Of Care Coordinator - Lab Administration Is Responsible For Coordinating With Lab Staff, Clinicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills Are Key Qualifications For This Role.
