  1. Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients to improve their physical mobility and function.
  2. Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to create individualized treatment plans for patients.
  3. Monitor and record patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  4. Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve their condition.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  6. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by following infection control procedures.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide quality care.
  8. Stay up-to-date with current research and techniques in physical therapy to enhance treatment methods.
  9. Adhere to all policies and procedures of the healthcare facility.
  10. Maintain patient confidentiality and respect their privacy.
  11. Assist in the maintenance of equipment and supplies used in physical therapy treatments.
  12. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care and clinic operations.
  13. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a positive attitude towards patients and their families.
  14. Adhere to professional and ethical standards outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  15. Seek opportunities for professional development and continuing education to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree In Physical Therapy Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.

  • Valid State License And Certification As A Physical Therapist Assistant.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Hospital Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Physical Therapy Techniques.
