As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees.   1. Accurately process payroll for all employees in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain and update employee payroll records.
  3. Verify and reconcile timekeeping and payroll data.
  4. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
  5. Respond to employee inquiries and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
  6. Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
  7. Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure accurate employee data and payroll information.
  8. Utilize analytical skills to identify and resolve any payroll errors or discrepancies.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
  10. Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information and records.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to all employees and stakeholders.
  13. Participate in payroll audits and assist in preparing required documentation.
  14. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  15. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Payroll Processing And Analysis.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Payroll Laws, Regulations, And Tax Codes.

  • Experience With Payroll Software, Such As Adp Or Kronos, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
