Patient Transporter

At Kettering Health Network, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Patient Transporter to join our team. As a Patient Transporter, you will provide top-notch service to our patients and help them move from place to place within our hospital. You will be an integral part of our team and will be responsible for managing the patient flow and providing excellent customer service.The ideal candidate for this position will be a compassionate and caring individual who is committed to providing top-notch customer service. This person should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Additionally, an ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:• High School Diploma or equivalent• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentIf you are passionate about helping others and have the qualifications listed above, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities: • Provide top-notch customer service to patients while transporting them to and from their destinations within the hospital. • Monitor and manage patient flow to ensure that all patients are transported in a timely manner. • Lift and move patients as necessary, up to 50 lbs. • Ensure the safety of patients while transporting them from one location to another. • Respond to any customer service inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Follow all hospital policies and procedures. • Assist in other areas when needed.
