Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Patient Accounts Or Revenue Cycle Management.
Knowledge Of Medical Billing And Coding Procedures, Including Icd-10 And Cpt Coding.
Proficiency In Using Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems And Other Healthcare Software.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Insurance Companies, And Healthcare Providers.
