  1. Provide administrative support to the Outpatient Therapy department by scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining patient records.
  2. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment, including ordering and restocking necessary supplies.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations and high-quality care.
  4. Utilize various computer programs and software to enter and update patient information, schedule appointments, and process insurance claims.
  5. Handle confidential patient information with discretion and maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
  6. Collaborate with other office assistants and team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  7. Act as a liaison between patients and therapists, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns.
  8. Adhere to and enforce office policies and procedures to maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
  9. Assist therapists in preparing treatment rooms and equipment for patient appointments.
