  1. Provide administrative and clerical support to the Maternal Fetal Medicine department.
  2. Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
  3. Maintain patient records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
  4. Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a professional and compassionate manner.
  5. Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
  6. Coordinate and organize department meetings and events.
  7. Keep the office and waiting area clean and organized.
  8. Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  9. Assist with data entry and other tasks as assigned.
  10. Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations to protect patient information.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  12. Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and patient care.
  13. Stay updated on department policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  14. Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Medical Office Setting, Preferably In A Maternal Fetal Medicine Or Ob/Gyn Practice.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Procedures Related To Maternal Fetal Medicine.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Electronic Medical Record Systems.

  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
