  1. Assist nurses in providing high-quality patient care: The primary responsibility of a Nursing Assistant is to support the nursing staff in delivering exceptional care to patients. This may include helping with tasks such as dressing changes, administering medication, and monitoring vital signs.
  2. Provide compassionate support to patients and families: Patients and their families often feel vulnerable and scared during a hospital stay. As a Nursing Assistant, it is your responsibility to offer them compassionate support and reassurance, making their experience as comfortable as possible.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: The Candidate Should Possess A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Institution.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For This Position.

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: The Candidate Should Be Cpr Certified And Possess A Valid Bls Certification.

  • Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Prior Experience As A Nursing Assistant In A Hospital Or Long-Term Care Facility Is Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills And Be Able To Work Well With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
