- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to women of all ages.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Assist with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments as directed by the healthcare provider.
- Administer medications and vaccinations as ordered by the provider.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history and vital signs.
- Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms for patient visits.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Use critical thinking skills to prioritize and address patient needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a supportive and welcoming environment for patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other members of the Women's Health team to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Keep up-to-date with current healthcare practices and procedures.

Certification And/Or Licensure: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Valid Certification As A Medical Assistant Or Lpn, Or Hold A Current Nursing License In The State Of Ohio.
Relevant Education And Training: Applicants Should Have Completed A Formal Education Program In Medical Assisting Or Nursing, With A Focus On Women's Health. Additional Certifications Or Specialized Training In Obstetrics, Gynecology, Or Reproductive Health Would Be A Plus.
Clinical Experience: The Position Requires A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Medical Office Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Women's Health. This Experience Should Include Performing Routine Procedures Such As Pelvic Exams, Pap Smears, And Administering Medications.
Knowledge Of Women's Health Issues: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Women's Health Issues, Including Reproductive Health, Prenatal Care, Menopause, And Common Gynecological Conditions. They Should Also Be Familiar With The Latest Guidelines And Protocols For Women's Health Care.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients Of All Ages And Backgrounds, And Have A Compassionate And Empathetic Approach To Care. They Should Also Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals, Including Physicians, Nurses, And Support Staff.
