  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the Primary Care department.
  2. Work collaboratively with a team of experienced healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  3. Perform a variety of duties, including taking patient histories, preparing exam rooms, and assisting with procedures.
  4. Administer medications and assist with patient education as directed by the physician.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  6. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  7. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and maintain a professional demeanor with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  8. Act as a patient advocate and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.
  10. Uphold the values and mission of Kettering Health Network and the Primary Care department.
  11. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  12. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing healthcare environment.
  13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  15. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  16. Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability To Multitask, Prioritize, And Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Current Lpn Or Medical Assistant Certification From An Accredited Program.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Primary Care Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Equipment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Provide Compassionate Care To Patients And Collaborate Effectively With Healthcare Team Members.
