Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Research.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Research Operations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Research Regulations, Compliance Requirements, And Ethical Standards.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.
