As the Manager of Content, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the content strategy for our organization.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and communication goals of Kettering Health Network.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and create compelling content that effectively communicates our services, mission, and values.
  3. Write, edit, and proofread a variety of content including but not limited to, website copy, social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and press releases.
  4. Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  5. Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase organic traffic to our website.
  6. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and healthcare developments to inform content creation.
  7. Manage a team of content creators and oversee their work, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
  8. Monitor and analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics and adjust tactics as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  9. Collaborate with graphic designers and other creatives to develop visual elements that enhance the written content.
  10. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and new content formats to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.
  11. Maintain a consistent and engaging presence on social media platforms, engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Kettering Health Network, ensuring all content accurately reflects our values and mission.
  13. Work closely with the marketing and communication team to develop integrated campaigns and ensure content is aligned with other messaging efforts.
  14. Manage the content budget, tracking expenses and ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve content processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  16. Stay informed of HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines to ensure all content is compliant.
  17. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support content creation and distribution.
  18. Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  19. Communicate regularly with leadership and provide updates on content

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Content Marketing And Communication, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Content Creation For Various Platforms.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Adapt Messaging For Different Audiences.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
