
HR Associate - HR Legal and Regulatory

- Maintain knowledge of all legal and regulatory guidelines related to human resources.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the hiring and management of employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to HR legal and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct internal audits to identify any potential compliance issues and work with relevant departments to address and resolve them.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct training for HR staff and other relevant personnel on legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Stay informed on industry updates and changes in laws and regulations related to HR.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all processes and procedures are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Review and update HR forms, contracts, and other documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Serve as a point of contact for any legal or regulatory inquiries related to HR.
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to legal and regulatory compliance and work to mitigate them.
- Keep accurate and organized records of all legal and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Communicate any changes or updates in legal and regulatory requirements to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and discussions related to HR legal and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Hr, With A Focus On Legal And Regulatory Compliance.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written.
Ability To Handle Confidential Information With Discretion And Professionalism.
