In this role, you will provide high-level support to our executive team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.   1. Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  2. Organize and maintain confidential files and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible for the executive team.
  3. Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and other materials for executive meetings.
  4. Take detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  5. Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, as well as external stakeholders.
  6. Assist with the preparation and coordination of special projects and events.
  7. Conduct research and compile data as needed for reports and presentations.
  8. Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and respond or direct to the appropriate individual.
  9. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
  10. Use discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
  11. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the executive team.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide knowledgeable support to the executive team.
  14. Act as a positive representative of Kettering Health Network and uphold our values and mission.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the executive team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Executive Assistant Or Administrative Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Juggle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With All Levels Of Staff And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs, With The Ability To Learn New Systems Quickly.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field Preferred.
