Environmental Services Worker

As a member of our Environmental Services team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment within our hospital for our patients, visitors, and staff. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing safe and clean clinical space for everyone.The ideal candidate should possess a passion for creating a safe and clean environment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate should have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

1. Clean and sanitize patient rooms, common areas, and other healthcare spaces according to established procedures and safety protocols.
2. Follow infection control guidelines and maintain a clean and safe environment.
3. Dispose of waste and hazardous materials in accordance with local laws.
4. Stock and maintain supplies, linens, and other necessary items.
5. Monitor and document the cleanliness of the facility.
6. Respond to patient and staff requests in a timely manner.
7. Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
8. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
9. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
10. Assist with other cleaning duties as needed.
