- Safely transport patients to and from EKG procedures within the hospital or healthcare facility.
- Ensure proper positioning and transfer of patients onto and off of transportation equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide a comfortable and positive experience.
- Monitor and maintain patient comfort and safety during transportation, including responding to any emergent situations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper use and maintenance of transportation equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of patient transportation activities, including documenting any changes in patient condition or incidents during transport.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure efficient and timely transportation of patients.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients, providing emotional support and reassurance during transportation.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy is maintained at all times.

Cpr Certification
