
Director - Quality & Patient Safety

We are currently seeking a Director of Quality & Patient Safety to join our team and lead our efforts in maintaining and improving our standards of care. - Develop and implement quality and patient safety strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Oversee all aspects of quality and patient safety, including but not limited to risk management, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and manage a team of quality and patient safety professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Monitor and analyze data and trends related to quality and patient safety, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to quality and patient safety initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of quality and patient safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to quality and patient safety and ensure compliance throughout the organization.
- Serve as a resource for staff, providing education and training on quality and patient safety practices and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and organizations to benchmark and share best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on quality and patient safety performance to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In A Healthcare Related Field, Such As Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Quality Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean, Six Sigma, Or Pdsa.
Experience With Patient Safety Initiatives And Compliance With Regulatory Requirements.
Strong Communication, Collaboration, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.
