As the Director of Compliance Programs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization operates in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs for the organization in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Monitor and assess the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  3. Oversee and manage compliance training for all employees to ensure a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  4. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  5. Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure the organization's compliance programs are current and effective.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to identify and address compliance concerns.
  7. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compliance and ensure they are communicated and followed by all employees.
  8. Create and maintain a system for reporting potential compliance violations and ensure timely and thorough investigations are conducted.
  9. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters and serve as a resource for any compliance-related questions or concerns.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior management and regulatory agencies on the organization's compliance status.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and regulatory agencies to stay informed about changes and updates in compliance requirements.
  12. Lead and supervise a team of compliance professionals, providing direction, feedback, and support.
  13. Act as a liaison between the organization and regulatory agencies during audits and investigations.
  14. Identify and implement strategies to continuously improve the organization's compliance programs.
  15. Uphold the organization's values and promote a culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Compliance, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Such As Hipaa, Medicare, And Medicaid.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Staff On Compliance Policies And Procedures.

  • Certified In Healthcare Compliance (Chc) Or Other Relevant Compliance Certification Is Preferred.
