Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Critical Care Rn At Kettering Health Network Is Required To Have A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Nursing Principles And Is Well-Equipped To Handle Complex Patient Cases.
Current Rn License In The State Of Ohio: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Ohio In Order To Practice As A Critical Care Rn At Kettering Health Network. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The State's Requirements For Nursing Practice And Is Legally Authorized To Provide Healthcare Services.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Critical Care: Kettering Health Network Requires A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Critical Care Setting, Such As An Intensive Care Unit (Icu) Or Emergency Room (Er). This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of Critical Care Procedures And Is Able To Handle High Acuity Patients.
Bls And Acls Certification: The Candidate Must Hold Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications From The American Heart Association.
