
Credentialed Trainer - Central Scheduling

- Train and support staff in utilizing the central scheduling system to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Create and implement training programs and materials for the central scheduling system.
- Conduct training sessions for team members, including new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the central scheduling system and provide ongoing support and guidance to staff.
- Continuously evaluate and update training materials to reflect changes and updates to the central scheduling system.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted training plans.
- Monitor and track staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Serve as a resource for staff to answer any questions or concerns related to the central scheduling system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare technology and education to continually improve training methods.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all staff members.
- Participate in department meetings and provide updates on training initiatives and progress.
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies and processes related to central scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Experience As A Trainer Or Educator In A Healthcare Setting, Particularly With Scheduling And Appointment Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.
Knowledge Of Scheduling Software And Systems, Such As Epic Or Cerner, And The Ability To Adapt To New Technology And Processes.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects And Tasks.
