  1. Develop and execute community wellness programs and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and vision.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify community health needs and design targeted programs to address those needs.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on current health and wellness trends, best practices, and evidence-based interventions.
  4. Plan and facilitate educational workshops, seminars, and events to promote healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, such as schools, local businesses, and healthcare organizations, to foster collaboration and support for wellness programs.
  6. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through data collection, analysis, and reporting, and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing impact.
  8. Act as a spokesperson for the organization's wellness initiatives, promoting them through various communication channels and engaging with community members.
  9. Serve as a resource and advisor to individuals seeking information and support for improving their health and well-being.
  10. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to integrate wellness initiatives into overall healthcare services.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to community wellness programs.
  12. Continuously assess and adapt programs to meet the changing needs of the community.

Job Qualifications
