If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Community Outreach Coordinator at Kettering Health Network. Join our team and help us build meaningful relationships with community partners, while promoting resources and services that improve the overall health and well-being of our community. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who shares our mission to provide quality healthcare and outreach initiatives to those we serve.

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including local organizations, schools, and businesses, to promote Kettering Health Network's services and resources.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and execute outreach events and programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to identify community needs and develop strategies to address them.
  4. Conduct presentations and facilitate discussions to educate community members about Kettering Health Network's services, programs, and initiatives.
  5. Create and distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and digital content, to increase awareness of Kettering Health Network's community outreach efforts.
  6. Coordinate and manage volunteers to support community events and initiatives.
  7. Utilize social media and other digital platforms to engage with community members and promote Kettering Health Network's outreach initiatives.
  8. Maintain accurate records and data on outreach activities and their impact on the community.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current healthcare trends and community needs to inform and improve outreach strategies.
  10. Represent Kettering Health Network at community meetings, events, and conferences to build relationships and promote the organization's mission.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and outreach efforts.
  12. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to community outreach and healthcare marketing.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to expand and improve Kettering Health Network's community outreach efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Communications, Public Relations, Or Nonprofit Management.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Community Outreach Or Engagement, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Community Partners And Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Local Community Resources And Demographics, As Well As Experience Developing And Implementing Community Outreach Programs.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills.
