Job Description

Kettering Health Network is seeking an experienced Clinical Lab Assistant to join our team and help deliver quality patient care. We are looking for someone who is passionate about science and has a strong aptitude for laboratory work and a commitment to excellent customer service. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a minimum of a High School Diploma and experience in laboratory settings, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and process clinical samples in accordance with laboratory protocols.
  2. Perform laboratory tests and procedures to analyze and diagnose patient specimens.
  3. Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
  4. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  5. Monitor and report any anomalies or inconsistencies in laboratory results.
  6. Provide technical assistance to laboratory staff and healthcare professionals.
  7. Assist in the maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies.
  8. Adhere to established quality control procedures.
  9. Ensure laboratory compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to patients.
