  1. Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients based on their individual needs and health goals.
  2. Conduct nutrition assessments and provide recommendations for patients with various medical conditions and dietary restrictions.
  3. Educate patients on healthy eating habits, including proper portion sizes, food groups, and nutrient requirements.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
  5. Stay updated on current research and trends in nutrition and incorporate new information into practice.
  6. Monitor and track patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and interventions.
  8. Provide guidance and support to patients and their families on how to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
  9. Serve as a resource for healthcare staff on nutrition-related topics and provide in-service education as needed.
  10. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on patient care plans.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines related to nutrition services.
  12. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction through quality nutrition care.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sensitivity when working with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  14. Actively participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  15. Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Dietetics, Nutrition, Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current Registration As A Registered Dietitian (Rd) Or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (Rdn) With The Commission On Dietetic Registration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Nutrition, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Nutrition Guidelines And Medical Nutrition Therapy.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Educate And Counsel Patients And Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Healthcare Teams.
