  1. Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients with various medical conditions and dietary needs.
  2. Utilize clinical nutrition knowledge and expertise to promote optimal health and prevent disease through nutrition education and counseling.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  4. Assess and monitor patients' nutritional status, making appropriate recommendations and adjustments to their nutrition plan as needed.
  5. Stay up-to-date on current nutrition research and trends to ensure the most effective and evidence-based care for patients.
  6. Educate patients and their families on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
  7. Foster a supportive and empathetic environment for patients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and resources to support patients' nutrition and wellness goals.
  9. Document and maintain accurate records of patient progress and interventions.
  10. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
  11. Adhere to all ethical and professional standards set by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the nutrition program to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
  13. Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education and training opportunities.
  14. Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  15. Comply with all healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nutrition, Dietetics, Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Registered Dietitian (Rd) Or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (Rdn) Credential From The Commission On Dietetic Registration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Nutrition Therapy Guidelines And Ability To Develop Individualized Nutrition Plans For Patients With Various Medical Conditions.

  • Current Knowledge Of Nutrition Research, Trends, And Evidence-Based Practice Guidelines.
