  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or complaints from callers, escalating to management when necessary.

  10. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and superior customer service.
  11. Attend all necessary training and meetings to stay updated on processes, procedures, and new information.
  12. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
