- Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in the Behavioral Health department.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health and substance abuse disorders.
- Prescribe and monitor appropriate medications and treatments.
- Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment options.
- Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are protected.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Continuously improve clinical skills and knowledge through ongoing learning and growth opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide valuable input and recommendations.

Active Licensure As An Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Aprn) Or Physician Assistant (Pa) In The State Of Ohio.
Master's Degree In Nursing Or Physician Assistant Studies With A Focus On Behavioral Health.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Behavioral Health Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Network.
Certification In A Behavioral Health Specialty, Such As Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Pmhnp) Or Behavioral Health Physician Assistant (Bhpa).
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Patient-Centered Care.
