Admitting Representative

Kettering Health Network is looking for a highly organized and customer-service oriented Admitting Representative to join our team. Responsibilities of the Admitting Representative:

-Greet patients and visitors upon arrival and provide them with information and support throughout the admitting and discharge process

-Assist patients with completing all necessary forms, including insurance paperwork, and ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date

-Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner -Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently -Work with other departments to ensure a positive patient experience -Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times -Perform other duties as assigned
